​Standard JSON exports are messy. They are hard for humans to read and even harder for other AIs to parse without wasting tokens. To make your data useful, it needs to be Categorized, Distilled, and Markdown ready.

The Two File Solution
​This method uses two specific Markdown files to train ChatGPT to export itself. 
​digital librarian prompt.md: This file acts as the architect, It instructs ChatGPT to scan your history, categorize chats into major themes, and wait for your approval before exporting.
